She first wrote about how to find your true spiritual mate in The Golden Triangle: a Simple Philosophy on Dating & Relationships, then gave us wisdom for day to day living in Be Nice! Discovering the pearl's in life's little lessons. She will soon be taking us on an intimate spiritual journey in the soon to be published Power Walk: Finding Supernatural Power in Everyday Life.

On the professional side, among Saga's many accomplishments, she has hosted a radio talk show and worked behind the scenes of several film and TV productions from Florida to California.

Saga's Grandmother, Marion.
Saga dedicated her first book to grandmother, Marion.

Saga now lives in Minneapolis area where she balances her writing, coaching and speaking schedule with riding her Harley and beloved horses.

Saga is also a granddaughter. "My relationship with my Grandma is a very cherished and special one. My Grandma, Marion, and I talk about everything! You would think we were two teenage girls the way we chat on the phone. She is my best friend and confidante with both tender issues and career challenges. My first book, The Golden Triangle... is dedicated to her."

Saga is passionate about horses. "Horses are a big part of my life. I think my first spoken word was 'pony.' The positive proof that I was built to ride is in my bowed legs. All my life my dream has been to ride jumpers. With my horse, French, that is exactly what I am doing. The long-term goal is to ride in a Grand-Prix before I die. Thankfully, there is no age limit in that sport! The secret is to enjoy the process — which I do every jump of the way! My motto: work hard — play hard."

Saga is her parent's daughter. "In October 2001 my folks and I went on our first vacation where it was just the three of us. It was also my first cruise ever. This trip was a long time coming. We had a blast! It is amazing the things you learn about each other when spending that much time together in the same room. Like the fact that each of us folds our jammies and puts them away every morning. And all of us can sleep anywhere, anytime through anything. Ah, those family traits! It is good to be making memories like these!"
