Saga's Perspective On CoachingA friend of mine once pointed out that one of my greatest gifts was the ability to see the potential in others. He referred to me as a King maker. What he saw was my ability to help people see their full potential and guide them on how to reach it. My definition of hell has always been "the person you are meeting, the person you could be." Everyone has gifts and talents they are born with. Some choose to exercise and nurture those gifts and talents and mature into successful, fulfilled people. Others lose touch with their heart's desires and feel as though they are running in circles and are left empty and unfulfilled. There is that old saying "if you love what you do you never work a day in your life." I love what I do. I always have. My passion is for helping people reach not only their full potential, but also achieve a well-rounded balance in life. There is no greater joy than to see someone bloom into the wonderful, successful person they were created to be. My philosophy, which I refer to as the Golden Triangle, encompasses the nurturing of your whole being, body, soul and spirit — in all that you do. To achieve success in all areas of your life you must master the use of your physical energy, your mental energy and your emotional energy. For those who want to be challenged to reach their full potential, to breakthrough and discover the power to win in all areas of your life and to do so with grace, dignity and style, you are at the right place to get started. For you to rise to the occasion takes courage, commitment and compromise. Then again, to reach any goal in a successful life requires that and more. You are the one who has to do the work. My job is to help you realize your potential. Together we will hone your people skills, practice your presentation techniques, and help that person inside spread their wings and fly. You mean that was coaching? To be honest, I was a little apprehensive about participating in a coaching session. It just felt weird to think I needed a coach. Once I discovered how much I benefited from the experience, I wondered how I've survived all these years without one! It's the greatest! Here I've been spinning my wheels worrying about how I'm going to do everything I want to do when there never seem to be enough hours in the day. Boy, I don't know if you gave Tina* some pointers already in the first call, but was she a different kid this weekend. She coordinated a study session with two other kids, had them meet at our house, they worked for about three hours, and actually worked!
