On February 8, 2000, Saga Stevin heard about the death of her brother on the evening news. Saga learned first hand about the process of grieving. Grief is different for every one, and yet there are common experiences and reactions. The pain, the emotions, the crying and the healing are all a part of the grieving process. The process is a natural response to the loss that has taken place in your life. Grief can be a healthy release for your spirit, soul and body — or it can become an unhealthy condition that can destroy you spirit, soul and body.
