My big thing is finding the all natural way to maintain health. I’ve also researched places to get the items recommended at the best prices and made the links as easy as point and click.

Healthy Eating for Your Blood Type Diet

There are lists to help you with eating right for your blood type diet. Yep — that’s right — depending on your blood type that steak may be beneficial or harmful. Not all vegetables are good for all blood types. There are 4 basic blood types:

Click on your Blood Type diet for a basic list of what foods are beneficial, neutral or harmful for each blood type. No, everything edible is not included on the list. However — they will be a good place to start.

You might be amazed at why you do, or don’t, like certain foods. Some will get a big “Yipeeee!” Some will be disappointed by what is harmful. This I do know — the diet does make a difference. When I stick close to the diet my energy is up, I feel great and sleep so much better!

If you are not sure of your blood type you can call the American Red Cross and donate blood. They will let you know what type you have. Feel free to print a copy for yourself — and a friend or two.

Getting the Body to the Proper pH

The body is made to be more alkaline that acidic. The normal range for body pH is around 7.3 – 7.4. No disease, infection or fungus can live in an alkaline state. Check out the Body pH-ilosophy page — this is where you can learn a bit more about foods that are alkaline, acidic, how to balance your diet and what foods are what. There is a chart to make life … and shopping … a bit easier to start getting back to “normal.”
