Understanding Grief

Look Inside

Understanding Grief and the Grieving Process.

There is no right way, wrong way or only way to process grief. There is no timeframe or time limit. Everyone journeys through grief in his or her own way. Grief can be likened to fingers and fingerprints. We all have fingers, yet each person's fingerprints are different. Grief is also experienced differently within our spirit, soul and body.

In this book Saga explains these differences and gives tips on how to nurture each aspect of our being. She helps to unravel the mystery of grief and grieving and healing by bringing to light experiences and feelings that are "normal" within this process.
