Balance is the Key to Your "Golden Triangle"

You've got a great job, a good marriage or relationship, and money in the bank. Everyone who knows you sees you as the picture of success. So why do you feel like something is missing in your life?

We are created with three distinct parts to our being. We are a spirit, we have a soul and we live in a body. They are designed to work together in harmony — to temper each other and create a well-balanced life.

Just as there is great strength in the geometric shape of a triangle, there is strength in the triangle composed of your physical, emotional and spiritual sides. Your physical is your body. Keeping in shape, fit and healthy. Your emotional side (soul) is your relationships (business, friends, family). You also need to keep strengthening your spirit. Develop a strong relationship with God to maintain the balance in your daily life.

Being out of balance is when one side of your personal triangle is growing and getting more attention than the other two. If you're overly focused on your work, your body and spirit will suffer. If you're overly focused on your physical — your soul and spirit suffer. The "gold" is the achieving (and maintaining) balance between body, soul and spirit.

What is happening with each of the points of your personal triangle? The more aware you become, the more you will start to see "Golden Triangles" in all areas of your life. Achieving balance is the key to success.
